The Alana Spring/Summer 2005 Collection

The American Girl Dolls are gaining popularity in Australia and around the world quite rapidly. Young girls are pressuring parents to get them their own dolls and even after they bought their dolls, there's the accessories that the parents have to spend more money on! So it's always a good idea if you can make your own accessories like the clothes for them because though you can buy them quite easily on the internet they can be very expensive. This is where Terese came in with her creative ideas and her skills in dress making, she came up with some outstanding garments for Alana, an American Girl doll owned by Stephanie, a friend of ours. Here are just some of the Spring/Summer Collection created by Terese..
Here we have Alana wearing a wrap-around halter neck top with matching lined gathering skirt. Very elegant!
And next we see Alana wearing a knitted halter neck top and linen skirt with ribbon trim. Cute.
Another eye catcher worn by Alana is this floral halter neck top with matching assymetrical skirt. Looks like halter neck is big this season!
And here we have Alana with her cotton singlet and linen skirt with hearts motifs. Very stylish!

And last but not least, Alana presents us with this gorgeous floral styled dress with ribbon trim!

Thank you Alana for your presentation and congratulation to Terese for The Alana Collection!
